Liam was dating free and was annoyed that all his other friends were dating and were planning to go to a dance that had been organised by their work company. Liam was even more annoyed that the women he wanted to adore was dating his best friend and going to the dance with his best friend instead of him. The dance was to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the company but Liam was contemplating whether to attend the dance or not because he would have nobody to adore and he did not want to look silly if he was not dating anybody when everybody else had a partner to adore. He had always had ladies wanting to go out with him because of his flirt and charm, and he could even pop out a few good flashes of original humour so he was absolutely baffled that he did not have a date.

Liam became irritated and angry and was working hard not to flip out and just punch his friend in the face. How could he say this to him?
